Delivery & Payment

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or after business hours will be processed the following business day. If you have not received your order within a week of receipt (excluding public holidays), please contact us with your order number and we will assist you promptly.

Approximate delivery times:

• Dubai: 1-2 days
• Other Emirates: 1-3 days
• Remote Areas (within the UAE): 5-7 days
• Orders to GCC countries: 5-10 days
• International orders: 5-14 days

Payment

The following payment methods are available in our online store:

• For orders in Dubai: we accept cash on delivery or online via Stripe.
• For other emirates and international orders: we only accept online via Stripe.

Stripe provides safe and secure payment via Visa, MasterCard and other methods. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with information about the order status and instructions for tracking the delivery.
