Returns

You can return your item within 7 calendar days of receiving it.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that are not in their original packaging.
  • Items for which no proof of purchase is provided.

Refunds

  • If your order has not yet been shipped or collected:
    We will issue a full refund. The funds will be credited to your account within 10 working days.
  • If the order has already been shipped:
    Returns are only possible after the goods have been received and inspected. We will contact you by email and notify you of the return status.
  • If the return is approved, the funds will be credited to the card or other payment method used for the purchase.
  • The time it takes for funds to be credited depends on the policy of your bank or payment system.

Shipping

  • We pay for the shipping costs when returning the goods.
  • If the return is approved, the shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
